Watersports activities naturally involve certain risks. By booking with Salt Paradise Watersports Aruba, you confirm that you understand this and agree to participate responsibly.

Salt Paradise Watersports Aruba acts as a sales and booking entity. Certain activities may be operated by independent captains, vessel owners, or partner operators, each of whom may have additional safety procedures and waiver requirements.

Eligibility & Use of Website

By using this website, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• You are legally able to make bookings and agreements.
• You will use this website in a responsible and lawful manner.

Salt Paradise reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary for safety, legal, or operational reasons.

Services & Activities

Salt Paradise offers private watersports activities including but not limited to:

 

  • Private Snorkeling Trips

  • Private Boat Tours

  • Private Jet Ski Adventures

  • Private Bottom Fishing Charters

  • Private Deep Sea Fishing Charters

 

All activities are subject to weather conditions, sea conditions, safety regulations, and availability.

Weather & Sea Conditions

  • All activities are subject to weather and sea conditions.

  • For safety and comfort, activities may occasionally be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled.

  • If an activity is canceled due to weather or unsafe conditions, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Salt Paradise shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather conditions, government restrictions, mechanical issues, or acts of nature.

Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

  • Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.

  • A deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • Any remaining balance is due as specified at the time of booking. If the remaining balance is paid by credit card, a 7% credit card processing fee will be added.

  • Payments may be made via approved online payment methods, cash, or other methods communicated during booking.

  • Salt Paradise reserves the right to update prices, packages, or offerings at any time.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made before the day of the scheduled activity will receive a full refund of the deposit paid.

  • No-shows or late arrivals may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • If an activity is canceled due to unsafe weather or sea conditions and rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued.

  • Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations due to personal circumstances.

Safety & Participation

  • All participants must attend safety briefings and follow crew instructions at all times.

  • Safety equipment is provided and must be used when instructed.

  • Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.

  • Failure or refusal to sign required waivers will result in denied participation without refund.

  • Salt Paradise reserves the right to deny participation to anyone deemed unfit due to health, intoxication, or safety concerns.

  • Participation is voluntary and at your own discretion.

Health & Medical Responsibility

  • By booking, you confirm that you:

  • Are physically fit to participate in watersports activities.

  • Have disclosed any medical conditions that may affect participation.

  • Accept responsibility for your personal health and well-being.

  • Salt Paradise is not responsible for injuries resulting from undisclosed medical conditions and reserves the right to deny participation if safety may be compromised.

Liability & Waivers

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Aruban law, Salt Paradise, its owners, employees, agents, captains, and operating partners shall not be held liable for:

  • Personal injury or death

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings

  • Incidents occurring before, during, or after activities

  • Participants are required to sign a separate liability waiver prior to participation.

Intellectual Property

  • All website content, including text, images, videos, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Salt Paradise Watersports Aruba and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Website Changes & Availability

  • Salt Paradise reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue website content or services

  • Update these Terms & Conditions at any time

  • Correct errors or inaccuracies without prior notice

Refusal of Service

  • Salt Paradise reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who:

  • Acts in an unsafe or disrespectful manner

  • Poses a risk to staff, guests, or equipment

Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Aruba. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Aruba.
