Cancellations made any time before the day of your scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund, with no hidden fees or penalties.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

 

Cancellations made on the day of the activity or after the activity has started are non-refundable.
