24-Hour Free Cancellation

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund, with no hidden fees or penalties.

Refund Processing

All refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at the time of booking. Please allow standard processing time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.

Non-Refundable Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled activity, on the day of the activity, or after the activity has started are non-refundable.

Weather & Safety Conditions

Your safety is our top priority. If unsafe weather or sea conditions prevent your activity from taking place, we will offer you the option to:

• Reschedule your experience at no additional cost, or

• Receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

The final decision regarding weather-related cancellations is made by Salt Paradise Watersports Aruba based on safety conditions.
